Here’s How You Can Join Me On The Road
Hop in the driver’s seat and help me choose where we’re going.
👋 Hi, I’m Robin. I’m helping founders like you make better decisions in less time by sharing practical knowledge from interviews with European founders in my network.
To get their practical answers directly in your mailbox, don’t forget to subscribe. 👇
In my first post, I shared my story of going on the road to meet 450+ founders before turning 25. They taught me that we all lack the same thing: time.
Founders like you can’t afford to spend hours of your valuable time reading a pile of theoretical books or following an MBA program.
That’s why I announced this monthly newsletter. In only a few minutes of reading, you discover how to apply the practical learnings of experienced peers.
To be honest, it blows my mind to see the number of interesting people who already signed up for it!
I’m very grateful that so many founders and ambitious startup people took the chance to get a front-row seat on this learning journey with me.
But, I want to involve you even more.
I want to replace your front-row seat with the driver’s seat. So you can steer where we’re going when I’m interviewing all the European founders in my network.
How can you hop in the driver’s seat?
While preparing for the interviews, I wondered: “How can I make sure that I’m asking the right questions?”
I’ve called a few subscribers and asked what answers they were looking for. Most of you agreed that I should write about one of our greatest pains: hiring.
One of the people I’ve called was Jeremy Bonnevalle. He was one of my first customers who believed in our Masterclasses and already sold his company Fourcast.
This is what he told me:
“Hiring is the biggest bottleneck in every startup. It takes a long time to find the right people, and the business could have grown way faster if it wasn’t such a pain. Don’t even think about compromising on hiring. You can’t take any shortcuts.”
- Jeremy Bonnevalle (Co-founder Fourcast)
After hearing this from Jeremy and many others, I couldn’t agree more that hiring should be the topic of my first articles. So I’m going on the road to interview ten experienced founders to discover their hiring mistakes and lessons learned.
These insights will help you make better hiring decisions and avoid making the same mistakes.
That’s why I’m asking you to send me all the questions that you have about hiring.
Drop your questions about hiring here 🙏
I will take your questions with me on the road during the interviews with experienced founders. In return, you will get practical examples of how to apply their learnings in your company.
Example questions could be:
How to write compelling job descriptions,
what to look for in a recruiter,
how to do the best interviews,
and many more.
Whatever you think of, please share it with me!
